Customer requirement

  • The power battery, as the core component of new energy vehicles, is gradually developing towards the direction of vehicle integration.With a deep understanding of vehicle power, structure, electrical combination, full size appearance inspection of the power battery is required.
  • In addition to providing energy, the batteries modules required to be sustainable in specified temperature,force and weight. The quality control of battery module size and appearance is critical for the reliability of the battery. Therefore, more stringent appearance and assembly requirement is required.

  • Large product size and high accuracy: Size greater than 1000mm, accuracy requirement less than ± 2mm
  • 3D measurement, flatness measurement, morphology defect detection
  • The new energy industry cannot providea large number of battery sample
  • Strong interference material, mostly made of metalwith reflection
  • Complex defect types, with 20 types of appearance defects
  • High difficulty of identifying thedefects, blue film, scratches, weld bead detection
  • Large and heavy battery packages with module weight greater than 75KG
